+ Diving
There are some very pleasant diving areas around Phu Quoc Island with pristine hard and soft corals and small, colorful reef and coral fish. The diving tours are guided by professional divers with international certifications.
+ Swimming and Snorkeling
Our own beach is calm and have an artificial reef. The island is... an island! There are 150 kilometers of beach to explore.
+ Tour a pepper plantation
There are local pepper plantations near by--right in our garden! Cassia Cottage is owned by a cinnamon exporter.
+ Fishing
At Nam Dao in the south of the island you can visit a fishing village and even go fishing. (If you catch something, our cook will be pleased to prepare it for you.)
+ National Forest
Tours to the beautiful National Forest at Bac Dao on the north of the island can be arranged with a little advance notice.
+ Waterfalls
There are relaxing waterfalls at Nam Dao, Bai Sao and Bai Cat Trang.
NOTE: Transport on the island is still mostly by motorbike. Cars or motorbikes are available for rent. We caution though that Vietnamese drivers do not always follow the road rules. When traveling by motorbike we recommend that you wear long pants, helmets and rely on experienced drivers.
